Production Time
Standard production is 5–7 business days after you approve your digital proof. Ready-to-ship items typically leave our facility within 24 hours. Rush production is available on most products — ask your rep.
Shipping Methods
- Ground: 3–7 business days (most economical)
- 2-Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
- Next-Day Air: 1 business day after shipment
Production time is separate from transit time. For example, Standard + Ground = production (5–7 days) + transit (3–7 days).
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level. We work with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to find the best rate on every order. Watch our site for periodic free-shipping promotions.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track via the carrier's site or through your account on magnetsusa.com.
Shipping Destinations
We ship throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. PO Boxes are supported on most products. For international inquiries, please contact us.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Need to send the same order to many addresses (e.g., branch offices, mailing lists)? We handle mail-merges routinely. Send us your list in Excel or CSV format and we'll take care of the rest.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, looks tampered with, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date. We'll replace or refund under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Risk of Loss
Per our Terms of Service, risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession. In practice, we back every shipment with our guarantee — so if something goes wrong, call us and we'll make it right.
