How long does production take?
Most standard orders produce in 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available on most products — ask a rep for a quote.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We provide a free digital proof on every custom order so you can review the design before production begins. Nothing prints until you approve.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Many calendar magnets start at 250 pieces; some ready-to-ship and business-card items have lower minimums.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Absolutely. Account holders can reorder prior jobs in one click, or call us and we'll pull your file from our records.
Artwork
What file types do you accept?
High-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files work best. We also accept high-resolution JPEG and PNG in many cases. Minimum 300 DPI at print size.
I don't have artwork — can you help?
Yes. Our design team can create artwork for you. Fees vary by complexity. Contact us for a design quote.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the United States?
We primarily ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For international inquiries, please contact us.
How fast can I get my order?
Ready-to-ship items typically leave within 24 hours. Custom items depend on complexity and quantity. See Shipping Information.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Can I return custom items?
Because custom items are made just for you, we can't accept returns unless the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged due to our error.

Is my information secure?
